What We Are About

About Me

As a dancer and mental health advocate, I am driven by a passion for inspiring others and making a positive impact. Dance has been my outlet for resilience and self-expression, teaching me the importance of dedication and connection. Through my work as a certified Teen Mental Health First-Aid advocate, I strive to build a culture of support and awareness. I created this website to share my journey and show how dance and mental health uplift and support each other.
